Welcome to Zero2Bull (the “Service”), operated by Zero2Bull (“we”). Using the Service is subject to these terms, the privacy policy and the Disclosure page, which form an integral part of them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

An educational platform about the stock market: lessons, quizzes, calculators, a virtual-money trading simulator, competitions and a mentor.

The Service is not investment advice, investment marketing, portfolio management, pension advice or tax advice as defined by law, and is not a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold any security, financial product or asset. The content is general and does not take into account any user's data, needs, goals or personal situation. See also the Disclosure page.

Do not rely on the content of the Service to make investment, trading, pension or tax decisions. Any such decision is made by you alone, at your sole responsibility, and should be made after consulting a suitably licensed professional who takes your personal circumstances into account.

Any mention of a security, index, company, product, strategy or figure in the Service — including in examples and scenarios — is for explanation and illustration only.

• Provide accurate details and keep your password secret.
• You're responsible for activity in your account.
• The Service is for ages 18+. Users aged 16–18 may use it only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• Before using the Service you'll be asked to confirm that you've read the terms and the disclosure. When they change materially — you'll be asked to confirm again.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

Don't bypass security or payment mechanisms, fake results (XP, simulator, competitions), copy or redistribute the content, use the Service unlawfully, present the content as advice or a recommendation, or harass others. We may suspend or block accounts that break these terms.

• Using the Service is free of charge.
• If paid content is offered in the future, it will be presented clearly in advance, and you will not be charged without your explicit consent.
• We won't send you marketing messages without your prior explicit consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

All content — texts, lessons, questions, charts, calculators, design and code — belongs to us or our licensors and may be used for personal learning only.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make efforts to keep the content accurate, but it may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions or out-of-date information, and we don't guarantee the Service will be available or free of faults.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage, loss, loss of profit or decision — including investment, trading, pension or tax decisions — made in reliance on the Service, its content, mentor answers, calculator results, or simulator and competition results. In any event, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event.

You agree to indemnify us for any claim, damage or expense we incur because of your use of the Service in breach of these terms or the law.

We may update the Service and these terms. We'll announce material changes in the Service and ask you to confirm again. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Israeli law applies. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
